Scientific and professional experience:
Present job: Post doctoral fellow at the Department of Fish and Plankton Ecology of the Institute of Hydrobiology, Biological Centre of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, České Budějovice.

Research interests include ecology of aquatic macroinvertebrates and fish, their population dynamics and ecological modeling.

Computer skills: R, LaTeX, STELLA, PRIMER-E.
Field work skills: Beam trawling, macroinvertebrate sampling, visual censuses of fishes, SCUBA and free diving.
